We supplied and installed 164 balconies with 27 different configurations
including decking and glass balustrade. We developed an installation
procedure that enabled the fully welded frames to be lowered into
position from inside the structure, therefore, working from the bottom
up, the concrete frame construction could continue above, saving time
and logistics cost on the project. During the works the order was
extended to supply and install various other elements of Architectural
metalwork including the feature concierge stair with structural glass
balustrade as well as curved structural steel to form the barrel vault
roofs for the penthouses.
